We did a tasting with Simon the other week,He arrived on time set up everything to the notch,Brought Amazing wines, and cheeses for parings. I learned a lot and got introduced to wines I would have never drink or heard of if it wasn’t for him, he definitely made an amazing informative fun date night for me and my fiancé. Definitely worth every penny.Can’t wait for his monthly wine subscription.
