Bottoms Up Wine Parties

Carole was a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed her laid-back attitude and how she was able to showcase wines that were affordable and something different from what we were used to trying. This is a GREAT idea for a Bachelorette party, especially because Carole brings her trunk of wine related goodies for the girls to go shopping. I am also enjoying being part of the wine club that is offered to the host of the wine party.

This past weekend I hosted a bridal shower for my bestie and I had Carole come and do a fabulous taste testing! I had no idea what to expect, but I was not disappointed. Carole is an absolute pleasure to be around and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the wine she’s serving! I would highly recommend booking a tasting with Carole for any occasion or just because, the wine tid-bits and factoids I learnt made me very intrigued to branch out and try new wines from different regions I never would’ve thought to try before! Thank you Carole!!

Carole recently did a wine tasting for a bridal shower I was hosting.She organized everything from selecting the wine and having it delivered, to bringing the glasses. All I needed to do was chill the whites and enjoy.The shower was a major hit!

We had Bottoms Up Wine Parties come out for my wife's 50th birthday celebration this summer and it was amazing! Carol was so accommodating and took care of every aspect. The wine tasting itself was great and very informative which the guests loved. I had also ordered a charcuterie platter and it was delicious!! We had a Hawaiian themed Bday party and to top it off, if the wine tasting wasn't enough, Carol also does hula dancing and she asked if she could do a dance at the end of the tasting. Needless to say, this was the absolute homerun and my wife was practically in tears with the gesture. Will definitely use Bottoms Up again and strongly recommend for anyone else out there to do the same!!

We hired Carole for a wine tasting to celebrate my in-laws 60th birthday and it was a hit! She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Carole hosted a wine tasting party at my home last night. I found her to be very informative and fun. Carole offered information on wine and the processes in making it. But she also quizzed her audience on their knowledge of wine and their likes and dislikes.This was a very nice way to spend an evening with family and friends.

We celebrated our daughter’s 25th with a wine tasting with Carole. She picked 4 wonderful wines and provided pairing suggestions. The event was virtual and the wines were ready for us to pick up at a fantastic price discount and a wine club membership. She walked us through with an interactive tasting with knowledge and information for all wine tasting levels making it a fun evening with lots of memories.

I had Carole come to our airbnb for a stagette and she was AMAZING! All of the guests loved it, even the non-wine drinkers. 10/10 recommend!

Our Wine Tasting with Carole was such a pleasant experience. Carole’s knowledge of the red, rose and sparkling wines chosen was so appreciated. She came on time, delighted us with stories of the wines and their histories, and set up a sumptuous charcuterie board. Her energy was infectious. We learned lots and would definitely book her again.

For my 25th Birthday my parents surprised me with a wine tasting and food pairing event in our own home. They hired Carole who worked closely with my uncle(a chef) to create a beautifully themed menu of wines and appies to take you around the world. When Carole walked through the doors, her cheery smile and bubbly energy quickly fit right in to the bustling atmosphere(a household of 20+ people). Here I am almost a year later and still raving about this event. I would recommend Carole and an evening of wine tastings to anyone, for any occasion!
